Comparative alignment of the predicted amino acid sequence of rat and human NPDC-1
with the published mouse amino acid sequence. The published mouse NPDC-1 amino acid sequence was aligned with cDNA deduced from
rat and human amino acid sequences using the Clustal W(1.4) Multiple Sequence Alignment
program (MacVector 7.0.1). An asterisk, "*" indicates conserved amino acid identity
and a period "." indicates amino acid similarity between the three sequences. A conserved
LXXLL motif is indicated by a box.
